Reservation Policy

50% Deposit required at time of booking. 

Check in is between 3pm and 6pm. If you wish to check in at a later time, you MUST CALL and let us know. There are no exceptions to this and we cannot guarantee your booking if you arrive after 6pm without reaching out to us.​

There are resident cats that live on the property, as well as other guests with dogs. To ensure everyone's safety and happiness, you MUST keep your dog on a leash. We will ask you politely once.

 

You MUST pick up after your pet. A $25 Pet Cleaning Fee will be charged per reservation if you decide to bring your pets along. This is to help with the additional costs incurred with pet hair.

**There is an additional $50 fecal fee if we have to clean up your after your pet outside.** 

There is no Wi-Fi or Cell Phone services.

There is a payphone on site, and a phone in the Reception for EMERGENCIES only.

Please do not venture to any Cabins that you or your group have not booked.

This includes peeking in windows or opening doors. This is to insure everyone's privacy.

All towels, toiletries, and bedding are provided. If you need extra please ask us!

Cancelation Policy

Full Refund if cancelled two weeks before check in.

75% Refund if cancelled one week before check in.

50% Refund if cancelled within one week of check in.

 

No Shows with No Contact will be charged in full.

Some exceptions apply.

Damage's & Missing Items Policy

We understand that accidents happen.

Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any missing items or damages that incur during your stay.

If damage is found after your stay, we will contact you to remedy the situation.

Please note we do not require a damage deposit prior to booking.
